Sizes: S is under about 1,300 sq ft, M about 1,500–2,000 sq ft, L about 2,000–2,600 sq ft. Bigger homes are priced from photos. Heavy build-up or several pets can move a home up a size. Recurring plans start with a deep clean unless the home is already kept up.

Policies
- Deposit: 25% holds deep-clean, move-out and touch-up dates; the rest is due when it’s done
- Pay by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or cash
- Same prices on weeknight evenings, by appointment
- Cancel 48+ hours ahead at no charge; 24–48 hours is 50%; under 24 hours is the full price

What we don’t do
Mold, biohazard, pest problems, hoarding, construction cleanup, exterior or high windows, and anything above a step stool.
