Bigger than 4 bedrooms? We price it from photos. A 25% deposit holds the date.
Prices for typical homes by size. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before we start; heavy build-up or larger homes may cost more. No sales tax on home cleaning.

Good to know
Nobody can promise what a landlord decides. We clean to the checklist landlords use and send you timestamped photos as your record. Repairs, painting, mold, pests and construction cleanup aren’t cleaning, so they aren’t included.
Move-in / move-out: questions
Does the home need to be empty?
It works best empty. If furniture or boxes are still there, tell us when you book so the price reflects the time.
Can you clean my new place too?
Yes. A move-in clean at the new home is priced separately, and we try to fit both into the same weekend.
Will you get my deposit back?
No cleaner can promise a landlord’s decision. We clean to the checklist landlords check and send you timestamped photos of every room.
Do I need to be there?
No. We agree on access first and text you the photos when we lock up.
