We clean when you actually need it.
Most cleaning companies close on Saturday and Sunday. Weekends are our normal hours, so there’s no weekend surcharge, and weeknight evenings after 5 pm are open by appointment.

Questions people ask first
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a door code or a lockbox. We agree on access in writing before the day, and text you photos when we lock up.
Do you bring the supplies?
Yes, everything: cloths, vacuum, mop and products. Tell us if you prefer something fragrance-free or have your own favorites.
How is the price set?
By the size of the home, the clean you choose and any add-ons. The quote builder shows the launch price; we confirm it in writing after you text a few photos, before any work starts. Heavy build-up or a larger home can move you up a size.
When do you clean?
Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays are our regular hours, with no weekend surcharge. Weeknight evenings after 5 pm are open by appointment for offices, empty homes (move-outs, snowbird openings) and shorter cleans. Same prices any day.
What if something gets missed?
Text us within 48 hours and we’ll come back to fix it at no charge.
Do you need a deposit?
Only for deep cleans, move-outs and touch-ups: 25% holds the date, and the rest is due when the job is done. Cancel 48 hours or more ahead at no charge; 24–48 hours is 50%, under 24 hours is the full price.
Pets?
Welcome. Tell us about them when you book. Homes with several pets or heavy shedding may move up a size.

No problem. Tell us when you book and we’ll get on the gate list.
Do you clean offices?
Yes, on weeknight evenings and weekends, after you close. Text us for a walkthrough.
You’re new. Why should I trust you with my home?
Fair question. Your price is in writing before any work starts. Only deep cleans, move-outs and touch-ups need a deposit, and the rest is due when the job is done. You get photos when we finish, and if anything was missed, text us within 48 hours and we come back at no charge. The person who quotes your clean is the person who does it, and Sandline is veteran-owned.
How do I pay?
Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or cash. Deposits hold the date for deep cleans, move-outs and touch-ups; everything else is paid when the job is done. Your written quote and invoice show the details.
